■ Known Issue
We are currently investigating an issue whereby in some cases, some users are unable to access the Alliance Battle screen. In order to thoroughly investigate this issue, data must be collected while the event is ongoing. Therefore, this event will run without the issue having been resolved.
Occasionally, this issue can be resolved by closing the app and restarting it after some time has passed. Please try restarting the app later if this issue occurs. Please contact us if this does not resolve the issue.

1. Tap "Contact Us" from the in-game menu.
*The menu is located in the top right corner of the Home screen.
2. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and tap "Submit a request".
3. Select "General Inquiry" (Global) as the inquiry form.
4. Fill out the rest of the form with the essential information.
*Please make sure to include the server you play on.
*Please try to be as accurate as possible when stating the time and date that the issue occurred.
5. Write the following in the Description box:
"Unable to access Alliance Battle screen"
*The above description box message is required.
- State your Account ID.
6. Tap "Submit".

*Matching on the first day of the Alliance Battle will occur from 16:00 -23:59 UTC.
*During the Inter-Battle Edit Period, Parties can be edited and Users can apply to join the Alliance Battle.
■ Criteria
Party Criteria are listed below.
Fighters can only be assigned to a Party if they meet the required Criteria.
Party A: The Land of Shura category only
Party Size: Up to 3 Fighters
Party B: Hokuto Fighters only
Party Size: Up to 4 Fighters
Party C: Fighters equipped with a Pride Trophy only
Party Size: Up to 3 Fighters
*Includes Fighters whose Pride Trophy is yet to be activated by Upgrading.
Other Warnings
*You must be in an Alliance to participate in Alliance Battles.
*Alliances can only be formed or joined by Guild Leaders at Guild Level 2 or higher.
*Once selected during the Edit Period, the stats of the Fighters in each Party will be locked in.
Any changes or enhancements made to Fighters will not be automatically updated for your Alliance Battle Parties.
If you enhance them you will need to edit the relevant Alliance Battle Party for these changes to be reflected.
*After results have been calculated, any applicable rewards will be sent to your Inbox.
Users that leave an Alliance or change Alliances during an Alliance Battle are ineligible to receive Rewards.
