We have currently confirmed the following issue.

■ Details
When transferring an account from an adult to a minor via the account transfer feature, the message "ID未設定" appears.

The text that should normally be displayed is as follows.
The age associated with your device does not match with the account to be transferred.
Please try the following steps and attempt the data transfer again:

Log in with your current app game account.
↓
Tap your User Icon in the top left of the Home screen.
↓
Tap "Settings".
↓
Tap "Delete Account" to delete your account from your current device.
↓
Delete the app and then reinstall it from your app store.
↓
Restart the app and re-enter your age.
↓
Transfer data to new device.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.
We plan to fix this issue during update scheduled for late September.
