We plan to provide the following compensation for this issue:

○ Uniform Distribution of the "Rank Reward List (Final Day)"
In consideration of the impact of this issue, we will distribute the "Rank Reward List (Final Day)" uniformly to all users who were entered in the Alliance Battle.

◯ Rollback of Rank Points
After the current Alliance Battle concludes, we will roll back your rank points to the final Rank Points recorded at the end of the previous Alliance Battle.

◯ Handling of Already Distributed Item Rewards
We will not retrieve or revoke any item rewards obtained during the currently ongoing Alliance Battle.
You may keep and use them as is without any issues.

As an apology for the series of issues that occurred during the currently ongoing Alliance Battle, we will sequentially send the following items to all users:
