■ About This Issue and Our Response Plan
The recent data update resolved the issue in which "an error occurred when transitioning to the Alliance Battle." However, we have confirmed that during the period when players were unable to participate in battles due to this error, win/loss results were still being determined, causing incorrect changes to rank points and, as a result, inappropriate matchmaking.

We take seriously the fact that this issue prevented us from providing a fair competitive environment, and we will respond to this event as follows.

〇 Rescheduled Event
To allow everyone to enjoy the Alliance Battle again under normal conditions, we will soon hold another battle with the same team-building rules as the Alliance Battle held from Wednesday, July 22.

Details such as the timing of reward distribution and the schedule for any extended battles will be announced in a separate notice.

We sincerely apologize for the significant inconvenience and disadvantage this issue caused our players.

Below, we report in detail on the cause of this issue and our future response.

■ Cause of the Issue
Our investigation found that this issue occurred because a routine update was not correctly applied after an OS update was performed on the server that handles Alliance Battle processing.

To address this issue, we carried out an emergency data update on Monday, July 27. The fix has now been completed, and we have confirmed that the same issue no longer occurs.

■ Measures to Prevent Recurrence
We will introduce the following systems as measures to prevent this issue from happening again.

〇 Error Detection System
We will introduce a system that automatically and immediately detects errors when batch processes are executed, enabling early detection of and response to abnormalities.

〇 Update Verification System
We will introduce a system that allows centralized management and verification of whether settings have been correctly applied to each server environment during data updates and maintenance.

By thoroughly implementing the above measures, we will build a system that can detect issues in advance even if an update is not properly applied, and we will work to prevent similar issues from recurring.
