We sincerely apologize for the significant inconvenience caused to our players due to the communication error that occurred during the "Gate of Shura" rank-up.
After reviewing how to address this issue, we have decided to provide compensation and data corrections to players who meet specific criteria and have contacted customer support.
Customers who wish to receive this compensation should review the following information regarding the [Application Deadline], [Scheduled Implementation Date and Time], [Compensation Criteria], and [Application Method], and submit their application by the deadline.

We will implement this measure during maintenance on Thursday, August 6, 2026.
[Compensation Eligibility]
This applies to customers who experienced either of the following issues (① or ②) due to a communication error during the "Gate of Shura" rank-up and who contacted Customer Support.
① If the update June not reflected
② If the update was applied to a different server
[Compensation and Resolution Details]
■ ① Compensation if June Purchases Are Not Reflected
Distribution of the rewards that were expected to be received in the previous month
*If you have not yet obtained the Hyakuretsu Challenge Ticket, we will compensate you with the maximum amount of Celestial Stones.
■ ② Remedial Measures if Rewards Were Applied to a Different Server
<Remedial Measures on the Server Where the Error Occurred>
Recovery of Paid Celestial Stones: We will recover a flat rate of 900 Celestial Stones.
*If there are insufficient paid Celestial Stones, we will recover as many as possible.
Legend Level Correction: We will revert the level to what it was before the error occurred.
<Measures on the Server Where the Purchase Was Intended>
Paid Celestial Stone Grant: We will grant an amount equal to the quantity recovered from the server where the error occurred.
Legend Level Grant: We will grant the Legend Level that should have been applied originally.
Item Compensation: We will compensate you for all items that were supposed to be obtainable in July.
Hundred Fierce Challenge Compensation: If you have not yet obtained a Hundred Fierce Challenge entry, we will compensate you with the maximum number of free Celestial Stones corresponding to your STEP.
