Please note that, in order to ensure fairness between customers who have already received their rewards and those who have not, we will not be recovering previously awarded rewards or applying scores from the previous season.

Please note that if you have any unclaimed cumulative score rewards from the previous event, you can claim them via email by logging in after the maintenance scheduled for early April.

Additionally, starting next month, the season scores earned in each season will be added together to form a Total Score.
