When purchasing select items available for purchase with Judollar through the "Select All" option, there may be instances where items are not obtained successfully.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this issue may have caused.

Please note that this issue does not occur with items purchasable using Gems, and no Judollar were consumed for items that could not be obtained due to this issue.

We have also confirmed that this issue does not occur when purchasing items individually.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Until the issue is resolved, we kindly ask that you purchase items individually.

This issue is scheduled to be fixed in an upcoming data download.

Additionally, we are considering the items to be sent as compensation after the issue is fixed.
