Characteristics
A powerhouse LR Fighter who activates Unbound Fate when his allies are down for the count and deals Additional Damage to multiple enemies!
Fate passive
If there are 4 or fewer ally Fighters, activates Unbound Fate and gains the effects of his Fated Passive.
This effect can also activate during the enemy's turn.

At the start of his turn: Increases own Chi by 1000.
This effect can activate up to 3 times per battle.
His Special Technique becomes active.
At the start of the enemy's turn Gains 5 Levels of Supreme Ruler's Will.
This effect does not activate if True Hokuto Shinken Mode is active.
Supreme Ruler's Will
Increases the Fighter's Attack Power, Secret Tech.
Dmg Increase and Special Tech. Dmg Increase by 10% per Level stacked and their Dmg.
Multiplier Rate by 3% per Level stacked. Continuous.
Max of 10 Levels. This effect is not affected by buff removal. Continues after being revived.
True Hokuto Shinken
Increases the Fighter's Attack Power, Secret Tech. Dmg Increase and Special Tech.
Dmg Increase by 100% and their Dmg.
Multiplier Rate by 30%. This effect is not affected by buff removal. Continues after being revived.
Fate Secret Technique
When Unbound Fate is active, the first Secret Technique he unleashes during his turn is a Fated Secret Technique.
Also, gains effects that activate before and after unleashing his fate Secret Technique.
A Fate Secret Technique has the same effects as a Secret Technique if it has been upgraded to either (Upgraded) or (Upgraded+), and can activate twice per battle.

Gains Endurance Decay and Ultimate Piercer while this Secret Technique is active.
After unleashing his fated Secret Technique:
Inflicts 50 Levels of Heavy Blow (Hokuto) onto enemy Fighters afflicted with Chi Break.
Endurance Decay
Damage dealt by Fighters with this effect will not consume Endurance stacks and will nullify effects that prevent a Fighter's HP from falling below 1.
This effect is not affected by buff removal.
Heavy Blow (Hokuto)
When the inflicted Fighter's HP falls to 50% or less due to an enemy Fighter's Secret Technique (excluding those activated by Counter), 1 Level is removed and they take 100% of damage received (including Additional Damage, Non-Reducible Damage and Cover Damage).
Damage from each level will occur separately. This process continues until all Levels of Heavy Blow (Hokuto) are depleted or until the Fighter disengages from battle, such as when awaiting revival. Continuous.
Stackable. This effect is not affected by Status Effect Removal. Continues after being revived.
