An issue has been identified starting on March 27, where the Batch Level Up feature cannot be used on certain Equipment despite having Trial Medals and Dojo Medals available. This issue is currently under investigation.
An update to fix this issue will be released on April 8 (Tue) JST.
Users will be notified once this issue has been resolved.

Additionally, we are considering the items to be sent as compensation after the issue is fixed.
