We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by the sudden change in criteria during the Alliance Battle which began on September 3.
After careful deliberation, we have decided to proceed with the following.
▼Response to changes in Alliance Battle criteria
An additional Alliance Battle featuring criteria that uses Fist of the Blue Sky Fighters will be held from late September to early October.
Our team will carefully balance the battles to ensure users have an enjoyable Alliance Battle experience.
In addition, a new User Icon Frame will be awarded to users who place in the top 100.
*The User Icon Frames will be distributed to eligible users after the Alliance Battle has concluded.
*The User Icon Frame design varies by ranking.
*The normal Alliance Battle will also be held in October.
*The Party criteria and event schedule will be provided in a separate announcement.
▼Compensation for the criteria change
1000 Gems will be sent to eligible users as compensation for the sudden change in criteria.
Eligible Users
Users who are in an Alliance and logged in between August 30, 2024 (Fri) at 20:00 UTC and September 10, 2024 (Tue) at 14:59 UTC.
*Does not apply to users who left their Alliance during the period above.
*Users who leave their Alliance right after the Alliance Battle ends on September 9 (Mon) at 19:59 UTC may not receive the compensation items.
If you wise to leave your Alliance, please be sure to do so after September 10 (Tue) at 15:00 UTC.
*Compensation will be distributed to users from September 11 (Wed).
Our team will take care to ensure that any more sudden changes do not occur in future events.
