We have received reports that the amount of Rank Points users earn based on the damage dealt during the Immortals Event, which began on July 16, is lower than in previous events.
Upon investigation, it has been confirmed that this issue is the result of an adjustment made to the amount of obtainable Immortals Medals during the July 9 Data Download.
In order to increase the maximum number of obtainable Immortals Medals to more than 1300,
the number of obtainable Rank Points was also adjusted.
However, due to an unintended adjustment, the amount of obtainable Rank Points was reduced.
We sincerely apologize for any confusion caused by our failure to inform users of this change in advance.
This issue will be resolved by the next Immortals Event,
but we are unable to revert the changes for the event currently underway.
We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience.
*For future events, the maximum number of obtainable Immortals Medals will be more than 1300.
As compensation for the unintended adjustment
and for failing to provide users with more information in advance,
we will be sending 300 Gems to users.
*Compensation will be distributed to users at a later date.
