Fighter Information
Accompanied by his gang of miscreants, Jagi sets out on his motorcycle to commit the most violent atrocities. When it comes to a fight, Jagi will use any method to win. Even though he learned the art of Hokuto Shinken, he has no problems using needles and guns to win a fight. After his younger brother Kenshiro disfigured his face, his hatred for Kenshiro grew with every passing day. To lure Kenshiro to him, he indiscriminately murdered countless people and spread the tales of his madness across the wasteland.

Special Technique: Wicked Wheels
Whips his motorcycle around to knock over the opponent before turning around and firing his gun to deliver the final blow.

Secret Technique: Fearsome Look
After loading his gun and firing all his rounds at the opponent, he accelerates toward them at full throttle and runs them over.
