Despite Toki's deteriorating health, a formidable Chi still courses through him. Hovering on the brink of death, Toki pushes himself to stop Kenshiro from confronting Raoh. Toki's Chi, strong like the calm waters that soak up a raging torrent, can swallow up even that of Raoh, the man who assumed the name Ken-oh and aspires to be the supreme ruler of the world and conqueror of the heavens.
Special Technique: Hokuto Flowing Fist
Unleashes the Chi accumulated in his body through his hands, sending forth waves of Chi throughout his surroundings.
Secret Technique: Hokuto Heavenly Ascension Palm Greeting
Calmly takes the stance of the Hokuto Heavenly Ascension Palm Greeting, a formal gesture that represents a promise, as he releases the full force of his Chi, engulfing his surroundings with his tremendous spirit.
