*To receive Items, you must purchase an eligible Gem Pack that meets the necessary conditions from the "Purchase Gems" screen.
*Once you have met the necessary conditions claim your Items via the Home screen > Gem Purchase Bonus.
Items that are not claimed before the daily reset at 20:00 UTC will be automatically sent to your Inbox.
