An issue was identified during the Mastery Event that started on February 14, 2023 (Tue) at 20:00 UTC where the battles were not running correctly.
This issue was fixed February 15, 2023 (Tue) around 6:00 UTC and we have confirmed that the Mastery Immortals battles are now running normally.
However, the issue affecting Hard Quests, where battles freeze under specific conditions and with specific Fighters, is scheduled to be fixed in the next update.
At this time, this issue occurs with Fighters who have Skills that allow them to activate Counter, so we ask that you try and assign Fighters who cannot activate Counter to your Party in the meantime to avoid the battles freezing.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this issue may have caused.
We are currently considering compensation for this issue and will distribute it to users once the details are finalized.
