We received reports that Points and Ranking acquired during Immortals changed after the event concluded and some users became Unranked.
We immediately launched an investigation to uncover the cause and the following is the result of our investigation.
As a countermeasure against cheating in Immortals, damage vastly greater than the damage dealt in a regular play is excluded from records. This damage threshold is usually adjusted for each event. However, there was an issue with the judgment of the final calculation of cumulative damage at the end of this event. As a result, some users became unranked.
Users who were unranked as a result of this issue will have their Rankings at the end of the event calculated separately, and will be sent their Ranking Rewards and compensation for this matter.
