After correction：
If his Seven Stars have been unlocked up to 4-stars or higher, and he unleashes his Secret Technique during his turn, increases his Chi by an amount equal to the no. of allied Hokuto Ryuken Fighters x400. (Max 2000). This effect can activate once per turn.

Increases his Chi by an amount equal to the no. of enemy Hokuto Ryuken Fighters x400. (Max 2400). This effect can activate once per turn.
After correction：
If his Seven Stars have been unlocked up to 4-stars or higher, and he unleashes his Secret Technique during his turn, increases his Chi by an amount equal to the no. of enemy Hokuto Ryuken Fighters x400. (Max 2400). This effect can activate once per turn.
