Following the Data Download that finished on September 12, 2022 (Mon) at 10:00 UTC, some users received unclaimed Rewards from the Apocalyptic Survival Quiz before it was held.
An issue caused Rewards to be distributed based on the Ranking data of the former Apocalyptic Survival Quiz.
To resolve this issue, we will not be revoking Items that were mistakenly distributed to users. Instead, users will be sent Rewards equivalent to the difference between their Rewards and the user who received the highest amount as a result of this issue. This compensation will be distributed at a later date.
■ Users Eligible for Compensation
- Users who played before September 12, 2022 (Mon), 10:00 UTC.
*Users who received the maximum amount of Rewards will not receive any additional Items.
Please note that the distribution of rewards may take some time. Users who have already claimed Rewards that were distributed as a result of this issue are permitted to use them.
