It has come to our attention that some users have an advantage in the current Immortals event if UR Ein & Bat and UR Samurai Heart Keiji Maeda are both in the user's Party.
When specific conditions are met, UR Ein & Bat are able to continuously cycle between their Special and Secret Techniques, enabling the user to obtain large amounts of Rank Points that would otherwise be difficult to obtain. Although this situation is possible given that it arises from the Fighters' intended Skills, we did not anticipate its impact when used against an Immortal Boss. As a result, we have noticed a significant difference between the Rank Points obtained by users who own the above Fighters and those who do not.
As a form of compensation, Rank 1 Rewards will be distributed to all users along with an apology after the event has ended. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
The Immortals Event will continue to run for the full duration of its intended event period in consideration of users who may wish to exchange items at the Immortals Shop.
We endeavor to enforce measures to prevent this incident from occurring again.
