An issue affecting the Apocalyptic Savior Kenshiro 30 Day Ranked Gacha, which started on June 29, 2022 (Wed) at 20:00 UTC has been identified. This issue, which caused Fighter Shards and the Sticker that can be obtained as a Ranking Rewards to display Kazuya Mishima, was resolved on June 30, 2022 (Thu) at 1:40 UTC.
We sincerely apologize to all users who have been affected by this issue.
We are aware that this issue may have caused some of our users to pull from this Gacha to obtain Kazuya Mishima Shards. Therefore, we are offering eligible users the opportunity to exchange their Apocalyptic Savior Kenshiro Shards for Kazuya Mishima Shards after each Ranked Gacha calculation period.
The exchange of Apocalyptic Savior Kenshiro Shards for Kazuya Mishima Shards will be carried out during unscheduled maintenance for users who request to do so. Please do not use any Apocalyptic Savior Kenshiro Shards until the maintenance has finished. Users with less than the required number of Apocalyptic Savior Kenshiro Shards at the time of maintenance will not be eligible.
You are only eligible for this exchange if you made it into the 30 Day Ranked Gacha Rankings during the aforementioned event period and obtained Apocalyptic Savior Kenshiro Shards. You are not eligible to exchange your Fighter Shards if you obtained them in any way other than as Ranking Rewards.

Users who obtained Apocalyptic Savior Kenshiro Shards as Ranking Rewards in the Ranked Gacha that runs from June 29, 2022 (Wed) at 20:00 UTC - July 29, 2022 (Fri) at 12:59 UTC.
■ Request Period

Once your request has been checked, the exchange procedure will take place during unscheduled maintenance.
A separate announcement will be released upon unscheduled maintenance. Please refer to this announcement for more details.
You are only eligible for this exchange if you made it into the Rankings of this 30 Day Ranked Gacha. Please be aware that if you request the Shard exchange before the Rankings are determined and you do not make it into the Rankings, your Shard exchange request may be denied.

■ How to Request
1. Tap "Contact Us" from the in-game menu.
2. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and tap "Submit a request".
3. Select "General Inquiry" as the type of inquiry form.
4. Fill out the rest of the form with the essential information.
5. Please write the following in the Description box:
- "Ranked Gacha Kazuya Mishima Shards exchange."
- The number of Shards you wish to exchange.
*Only between 4 and 400 of Fighter Shards that were obtained as Ranking Rewards can be exchanged.
6. Tap "Submit".
Warnings
*You are only eligible for this exchange if you made it into the 30 Day Ranked Gacha Rankings during the aforementioned event period and obtained Apocalyptic Savior Kenshiro Shards.
*Please do not use any Apocalyptic Savior Kenshiro Shards until the exchange process has finished.
*Users that own fewer than the required number of Apocalyptic Savior Kenshiro Shards at the time of maintenance are not eligible for this exchange.
*If no users request this Fighter Shard exchange, unscheduled maintenance will not be held.
