This is an announcement regarding the issue that some users could not access KING's Privilege in-game features after the renewal of their subscription.
Compensation will be distributed to users whose subscriptions were renewed while this issue was active from approx. April 13, 2022 (Wed), 20:00 UTC to April 14, 2022 (Thu), 3:00 UTC. This compensation will be distributed at a later date and sent directly to user Inboxes.
Our team is currently investigating to prevent it from happening again. Further updates on this issue will be announced separately.

An issue was identified whereby in some cases, users could not access KING's Privilege in-game features on April 14, 2022 (Thu) JST despite the renewal of their subscription.
A fix that enables users to access features of KING's Privilege and claim their Bonuses from within the service was implemented on April 14, 2022 (Thu) at approx. 12:05 JST. If you encountered this issue, please log in again and check the KING's Privilege main screen.
Please note that this fix may take time to be reflected in-game depending on the timing that you initially purchased your subscription. If you find that this issue still has not been resolved, please wait a while before attempting to log in again.
