Users who had an active subscription to KING's Privilege while this issue remained unresolved will be eligible to receive compensation.
This compensation will be distributed to eligible users at a later date.
■ Eligible Users
Users who had an active KING's Privilege subscription from March 18, 2022 (Fri) at 20:00 UTC until March 22, 2022 (Tue) at 8:15 UTC are eligible for compensation.
■ Compensation Items
- Missions Rewards from affected Missions for all days that this issue was present.
*Number of days is counted from the day this issue arose to when it was resolved.
*Users who purchased a subscription to KING's Privilege between March 18, 2022 (Fri) at 20:00 UTC and March 22, 2022 (Tue) at 8:15 UTC will be compensated for the affected days starting from the day of purchase until the day the issue was resolved.
*Honor Points will be distributed to users during the maintenance scheduled for March 29, 2022 (Tue) JST.
