Regarding the compensation distribution for the issue relating to the distribution of unclaimed Rewards from New Story Chapter Celebration Missions, carried out on February 10, 2022 (Thursday), due to the fact that all compensation was received in one go, depending on the individual there were instances where the Experience Points that should have been available at the EXP Shop disappeared.
Furthermore, with only up to 5 of the distributed content able to be displayed, there was an issue where it was impossible to check all the items sent, including experience points, before receiving them.
We apologize sincerely for not giving the issue our full consideration.
In the future, we will strengthen the checking procedure to eliminate any similar problems.
We are constantly striving to provide better services.
As our apology for the occurrence of such problem,
we will distribute the following items to all customers.
