⇒ Items equivalent to Rewards accepted within the time limit will be distributed
2. Users who collected Rewards for some completed Missions within the time limit
and did not receive duplicates of unclaimed Rewards in their Inboxes
⇒ Items equivalent to Rewards accepted within the time limit
and items equivalent to Rewards sent to Inboxes will be distributed
3. Users who collected Rewards for some completed Missions within the time limit
and received duplicates of unclaimed Rewards in their Inboxes
⇒ Items equivalent to Rewards accepted within the time limit will be distributed
4. Users who did not collect any Rewards within the time limit
and did not receive duplicates of unclaimed Rewards in their Inboxes
⇒ Items equivalent to Rewards sent to Inboxes will be distributed
5. Users who did not collect any Rewards within the time limit
and received duplicates of unclaimed Rewards in their Inboxes
⇒ No additional distribution
Regarding this measure, we plan to carry out temporary maintenance and distribution accordingly.

An issue was identified regarding unclaimed Rewards for completing New Story Chapter Celebration Missions, which ended on January 27, 2022 (Thu) JST. In some cases, unclaimed Rewards were sent to user Inboxes more than once.
We are currently looking into the extent of this issue. We are also are taking steps to address this issue and consider the appropriate compensation for our users.
