Kyo-oh's Chi transforms into lightening and releases with every step as he rushes towards his opponent and unleashes a heavy burst of energy onto them.
Secret Technique: Meito Kieiken Secret Technique: Demon Lightning Flash
A Meito Kieiken Secret Technique where Kyo-oh amasses Chi into his right hand as it flickers like lightning. He pounds his hand into the ground, sending shockwaves ripping through the earth to blow his opponent back.
