Dear User,
An issue has been identified in the Immortals Event which took place from September 10, 2021 (Fri) UTC where the Rank Points of some users were not entirely accounted for.
This issue was resolved on September 15, 2021 (Wed) at 11:00 UTC.
As a result of measures implemented to prevent unauthorized activity,
accounts that recorded above a certain amount of damage were not shown in the Rankings.
As this threshold was low enough to be achievable by users, this resulted in some users, particularly those with higher Power stats, to be affected.
We sincerely apologize to users for being temporarily unable to take part in this highly anticipated event.
The adjusted threshold was implemented on September 15, 2021 (Wed) at 11:00 UTC along with a fix to the Rank Points of affected users.
Regarding users affected by this issue:
- User compensation for missing Immortals Medals.
*Distribution of Immortals Medals occurred on September 16, 2021 (Thu) at approximately 7:10 UTC.
- Rank Points lost due to this issue will be restored and missing Ranking Rewards that were not obtained as a result will be sent to affected users as compensation.
- Affected users will also be reimbursed with any Gems that were spent on Stamina Recovery to take part in affected Battles.
As an apology for this issue, Gems will also be distributed to users on a later date as a form of compensation.
