Regarding the incorrect distribution of campaign rewards for new servers as detailed in this notification, after consideration, we will compensate all users, as well as those on affected servers, with all the mistakenly distributed Items and Fighters.

 

Users not on Servers 2, 3, 4, or 5, will receive the contents distributed to Servers 2, 3, 4, and 5;

users on Servers 2 and 3 will receive the contents distributed to Servers 4 and 5;

and users on Servers 4 and 5 will receive the contents distributed to Servers 2 and 3.

*Compensation will be given to make up for the removed Specialized Charms for each Fighter and UR Specialized Charm Chests.

 

■Recipients

Users who created an account before September 27, 2021 (Mon) at 1:00.

 

As users who did not rank are able to receive rewards, in recognition of the fact they played in order to secure a rank, users who did rank in the Start Dash Ranking on new servers will receive separate compensation.

 

■Recipients

Users who ranked in the Start Dash Ranking on Servers 71 and 72.

 

All of the above compensation is scheduled to be distributed over September 27, 2021 (Mon).

After the maintenance on August 26 2021 (Thurs), campaign rewards intended for new servers were mistakenly distributed to certain already open servers.

 

This was caused by data that should not have been applied temporarily being applied while maintenance was ongoing.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this issue may have caused.

 

As compensation, the following items will be distributed to players on all servers.

■Compensation details

・Gems x500

・Shards for all Fighters x50

・Upgrade Crystals x10

 

The mistaken distribution occurred on the following servers.

■Affected servers

Servers 2, 3, 4, and 5

 

Those on the affected servers who did not receive the ranking rewards will receive all the ranking rewards, and those who did receive the ranking rewards will receive ranking rewards equal to the amount they did not receive at a later date.
