During the Event, Abandoned Treasure Chests have a chance to drop from cleared Story and Clash Quests.
There is a certain chance for Items including Secret Tech. Manual Exchange Medals and Light of Gokui to drop from Abandoned Treasure Chests.
Exchange Secret Tech. Manual Exchange Medals during the Special Enhancement Event to get the Secret Tech. Manuals of certain Fighters to upgrade their Secret Techniques.
Secret Tech. Manuals are Items that can be used to Upgrade Secret Techniques from the Equipment tab on the Enhance Fighters screen.
Upgrade a Secret Technique to increase its effects and/or add additional effects.
So clear those Quests to get your hands on Secret Tech. Manual Exchange Medals!
