The new Fighter UR Holy Emperor Thouzer has a chance of being pulled in the Ranked Gacha.

Get Points when you pull from the Ranked Gacha. Get Rewards such as UR Holy Emperor Thouzer and Light of Gokui dependent on your total Points.

Furthermore, glorious Rewards such as UR Holy Emperor Thouzer and Holy Emperor Thouzer Shards are lined up as rewards for the total point ranking competition.

 

■ Holy Emperor Thouzer

 

Holy Emperor Thouzer is able to inflict Special Tech. Seal (Prevents activation of Special Technique for 1 turn. Target performs a normal attack instead. Cannot be removed.) and his Unique Passive Skill makes him less susceptible to Critical hits and Status Effects!

 

His Passive Skill "Nanto Seiken's Strongest Warrior", which unlocks at the fourth of his Seven Stars, increases his Critical Evasion Rate and Crit. Dmg Reduction.

It also ignores certain Status Effects (Stun, Seal, Silence, Gekishinko, Bloodletting Strike, Special Tech. Seal), Chi Reduction and additional damage, making it difficult for his opponents to weaken him.

 

Upon entering battle, his Special Technique becomes active, and his Critical Rate and Crit. Dmg Increase are increased.

This increase to his Critical Rate and Crit. Dmg Increase is further increased every time his Secret Technique is activated (Max 40%).

 

Increases his Damage Reduction. The lower his current HP, the greater the increase. If his current HP drops to 50% or less, removes certain Status Effects from himself and greatly recovers his HP.

He also gains a Shield equal to a certain amount of his Max HP, and increases to his Attack Power and Chi. This effect can activate twice per battle.

As a result of these buffs, Holy Emperor Thouzer has formidable endurance even among Technique Type Fighters!

 

His Special Technique increases his Crit. Dmg Reduction for 1 turn.

Additionally, it increases his Special Tech. Activation Rate for 2 turns and increases his Chi.

With the right timing, this means there's a chance he can perform his Special Technique more often!  

 

His Secret Technique partially ignores his target's Damage Reduction and inflicts multiple hits which also deal additional damage to enemies on all four sides of them!

Damage dealt is increased if the target is a Technique Type Fighter.

Since damage to surrounding enemies is based on the damage dealt to the target (excluding additional damage), target a Technique Type Fighter to maximize damage! 

 

Additionally, his Secret technique has a chance to inflict Special Tech. Seal on the target and the enemy Fighter directly behind them, making it even more useful against enemies with powerful Special Techniques.

 

It also partially recovers both his own HP and that of the ally Fighter with the lowest current HP percentage

 

Holy Emperor Thouzer's Unique Passive Skill makes him less susceptible to Critical hits and Status Effects, while his Special and Secret Techniques allow him to deal major damage!
