In the Event Gacha New UR Fighter Introduction: Bask, UR Bask has a chance to be pulled.
During this Gacha, equipment upgrade items such as Upgrade Crystals and Strength Badges are included in the lineup. Each time you pull from this Gacha you will receive 6 Items.
Furthermore, there is a certain chance to pull a bonus slot. Get certain Fighters, such as UR Bask, from the bonus slot.

An Area Governor for the Imperial Capital.
User of the Huashan fighting style.
Ruthless and cruel, when his men accidentally misidentified and captured a girl who wasn't Rin, he decided to publicly execute her anyway, until Kenshiro stopped him.
Bask is a Fighter whose Secret Technique can impede the enemy from recovering their HP!
His Secret Technique attacks a single enemy and partially ignores the target's Damage Reduction.
It also has a chance to reduce the Recovery of the target by 80% for 1 turn!
This effect cannot be removed so it's effective against enemy Fighters with HP recovery skills that activate when their HP is reduced to a specific amount.
Additionally, it inflicts Bleed on the target and deals additional damage to all enemy Fighters inflicted with Bleed equal to a portion of their own Max HP!
Furthermore, if his HP is affected by either Absorb Damage or Reflect Damage and is above a certain amount, he deals additional damage to the target. If it is below a certain amount he recovers part of his HP!
His Passive Skill "Area Governor", which unlocks at the fourth of his Seven Stars, increases his Damage Absorption and gives the same effect at partial potency to all other allied Fighters.
Additionally, upon entering battle, it increases his Damage Reduction. This is reduced each time he receives damage from an enemy but in return his Damage Increase is increased!
Furthermore, it increases his Damage Absorption and Recovery every time another Fighter on the field uses a Secret Technique (enemy or ally), making him an effective tank.
He also gains a Shield every time an enemy Fighter is defeated which, depending on the timing, can increase his endurance on the battlefield even further!
His Special Technique attacks a single enemy, inflicting Bleed, and increases the Chi of all ally Fighters.
It also increases his own Chi Increase for 2 turns!
High endurance, coupled with the ability to reduce the enemy's Recovery, make Bask a prized Fighter!
