An issue has been identified whereby the game automatically started a new account for some users on Android devices who updated before 04:53 UTC on September 29 (Tue), even if they had not deleted or reinstalled the game.
We sincerely apologize to any of our users who have been affected by this issue.
Customer Support will be made available to any users affected by this issue who are unable to link their account via Data Transfer Code/Transfer Password. If this applies to you, please submit an Account Recovery Form at your earliest possible convenience.
How to submit an Account Recovery Form
1)From the title screen, tap "Settings" at the top left of the screen and select "Official Website".
2)From the Official Website, scroll to the bottom of the page and select "Contact".
3)Scroll to the bottom of the screen and select "Contact SEGA Global Game Support Team". From the drop-down menu, select "Fist of the North Star LEGENDS ReVIVE Inquiries". Select "Contact Us".
4)Select the inquiry form "Account Recovery (Global)" and enter your account information in the necessary fields as marked.
If possible, please also include the new account ID at the bottom of the form in the "Tell us about it" field. This information will make it easier for us to identify and recover your account.
*Please note that insufficient account information may result in Customer Support needing to contact you to further confirm your details, so please fill in as many fields in as much detail as possible.
