The Third General of the Land of Shura.
Han is a practitioner of Hokuto Ryuken who claims that his Gale Fist is so fast that it's invisible to the naked eye.
Having thwarted so many assassination attempts that he lost count after having killed his 100th would-be assassin, he holds his own against Kenshiro who arrives to rescue the kidnapped Rin.
UR Han is a Power Type Fighter who deals high damage and is well-suited to the Back Row!
His Special Technique damages an enemy while increasing his own Damage Reduction, Special Tech. Activation Rate and Chi Increase for 2 turns.
Furthermore, when Han's HP drops below 50%, the increase to his Special Tech. Activation rate is boosted by 100%!
The greater target's current HP, the greater the damage inflicted. Take advantage of his Chi Increase to use Special and Secret Techniques to back the enemy into a corner!
His Secret Technique damages the targeted enemy, while also dealing partial damage to enemies on all four sides of them as well.
On top of increasing the Critical Rate, it also deals more damage when there are less fighters surrounding the target, giving it an advantage over enemy parties with fewer numbers!
With Skills that can dish out some serious damage, Han is a fearsome Fighter!
