In the Event Gacha New UR Fighter Introduction: Harn Brothers, UR Harn Brothers has a chance to be pulled.

■ Harn Brothers
The brothers Buzz and Gill who are the successors of Nanto Soyoken, one of the 108 Schools of Nanto.
They fought against the Imperial Capital only to be defeated by Falco and captured, after which they were confined by cement in a special prison cell as Rank A rebels.
They were rescued by Ein and Kenshiro who joined the ranks of the Hokuto Army, and they all work together to oppose Falco.
The Harn Brothers are a unique pair of Fighters whose Secret Technique changes when used more than once!
When first used, it inflicts Bleed (Deals damage equivalent to 6% of Max HP at the beginning of a turn for 2 turns. Stackable.) 2 times on the target and increases own Chi.
Its second use deals additional damage based on the user's Max HP to the target and enters the user into a state of Lone Gill (Continuous. Increases Defense Power by 100%, Damage Reduction by 45% and Special Tech. Activation Rate by 60%. Reduces Max HP and Attack Power by 50%. Chi will not rise above 0, and Secret Technique will no longer activate. This effect cannot be be removed and will remain even between waves or after being revived).
Their Special Technique is an attack skill that damages an enemy while also inflicting damage to enemies on all four sides of it.
Damage dealt is increased based on the user's Defense Power.
Also, being in a state of Lone Gill boosts the amount the target's Special Tech. Activation Rate is reduced by from 50% to 100%, meaning they can dish out damage while also inhibiting the activation of the target's Special Technique.
Furthermore, they recover a certain amount of HP, making them even more effective at defense.
Being able to switch things up mid-battle based on their Secret technique makes the Harn Brothers a unique pair of Fighters like none other!

To prevent the spread of the corona virus and to protect those involved, the recording of all character voices is currently suspended.
For this reason, UR Harn Brothers will be released with no voice tracks.
The character voice for UR Harn Brothers will be added in a later update when it is ready.
