The Gento Koken successor who protects the Celestial Emperor.
Also known as Golden Falco, the most promising General in the Imperial Capital.
He once exchanged his right leg in order to protect The Celestial Emperor's Village from Raoh. Raoh even said "That one leg is worth an entire nation".

UR Falco's Special Technique is a attack skill that increases his damage the higher his own current HP and deals damage in a straight line to Fighters!
Furthermore, he gains the effect to recover a certain amount of HP when his current HP is 50% or less.
On top of this, he decreases the Chi of the enemy in front that was hit and increases his own Chi. Therefore, he is a reliable Fighter who can easily activate his Secret Technique while inhibiting the activation of opponent's team's Secret Technique!
His Secret Technique deals huge damage to enemy Fighters and inflicts Flash for two turns, it cannot be removed.
Reduces the Damage Reduction by 15% and Recovery by 30% for Fighters afflicted with Flash. He is effective against teams that consist of Fighters that increase their ally Fighter's Recovery.
