Thank you all for playing FIST OF THE NORTH STAR: LEGENDS ReVIVE. We're already at the end of January, but please allow me to wish you a Happy New Year. My name is Iwamoto and I am the producer of the game.

This letter today is partly in response to the comments we received from fans on our social media. I would like to take this opportunity to address you all and share the plans we have for our future.

■Regarding Service Stability

Our team has continuously given priority to providing a better, more stable service for our users. So far we have done away with weekly scheduled maintenance times and adjusted our change-reviewing process. While these are relatively small steps, we believe that there is an improvement in stability so far. We have also come far along in reducing waiting times for users who contact us through our Customer Support. (There are still occasions in which we need more time than average to pinpoint the cause of a particular issue; we apologize for the inconveniences this may cause).

■Regarding Players' Comments

We received multiple comments about how Stamina recovers very slowly and how it's easy to run out of Judollars quickly.
We took the following actions at the end of last year to alleviate these issues:
 

◆Adjustments to the time needed to recover Stamina, changed from 5 minutes to 3.
◆Adjustments to Judollar-centric events:

• 　1. Increase in the amount of Judollars given out through Daily Missions
• 　2. Increase in the amount of Judollars given out through Bandit Assault SPECIAL
• 　3. Regular scheduling of doubled drop events for Bandit Assault
• 　4. Regular scheduling of events that give out Judollars

Following implementation of this Stamina recovery adjustment, there has been a daily increase of 10% in players going through Daily Missions, so we feel this positive change has been welcomed. In the future we intend to keep on taking our players' opinions into account when making adjustments to improve the game.
 

◆The following are areas we are considering for adjustments

• 　1. Adjustments to the Gem Gacha to expand the lineup (including already released SR/UR characters)
• 　2. Adding new missions/rewards
• 　3. Getting rid of the cooldown times for Daily Events
• 　4. Increasing the minimum amount of items given out through Guild Supplies
• 　5. Improving the screen for strengthening Badges and Trophies

■Future Adjustments

New Contents

There has been a delay in our update plan since we started focusing on making the game more stable, but we intend to address the multiple comments we have received regarding how it is hard to level up and use newer characters. We appreciate your patience, and once we have reached one of our goals on game stability around the beginning of spring, we wish to introduce new forms of play, including ways to use more characters. We will keep you updated through our news items both in-game and on our website.

Events

We wish to increase the types of Events and Campaigns that involve playing on existing game modes, including creating more chances for players to obtain Character Shards. In the future we will keep you updated about this too, through our news items.

■Finally
Five months have already gone by since release on 5 September, 2019.
We want to thank all of our players for sticking through the problems we had at the time of release up to today. To celebrate our first six months, we are planning our half-year anniversary, including fan-appreciation events we hope to enjoy together with users.
While we have multiple objectives yet to fulfill, we are grateful for the comments we receive and we wholeheartedly wish to achieve the level of quality players expect from us.
