Representing the Star of Dominance, Thouzer calls himself the Holy Emperor and has an impressive army at his command.
He's having the Holy Imperial Cross Pyramid built to showcase his grandeur.
Traumatized by being tricked into killing his master Ohgai, Thouzer has since turned into a heartless, cruel man.
