Currently, we are receiving reports of the puzzle not moving in the Ultimate Puzzle.
To move the puzzle pieces like the ones circled in the screenshot. Tap a puzzle piece you wish to move that is adjacent to the empty section of the puzzle, it should then move.
The explanation could be easily misunderstood and will be corrected in the future.
In addition, we have received reports of the puzzle not moving even when the correct input is used (Tapping).
We are currently investigating this however, we could not reproduce this issue.
