In regards to the error that was preventing items from being distributed from Enhancer Boxes once a User's Level reaches 60 or above.
The cause of the error has been found and was fixed on Oct. 24 (Thu) at 08:30 UTC.
We apologize for the delay in this information.
As compensation for Users affected by this issue, Users will be sequentially sent the items that they used while the issue was occurring.
Furthermore, all users will be sent items as compensation for the issue.
*Items will be sent sequentially and so this may take some time.
