During Special Enhancement Event, exchange Secret Tech. Manual Exchange Medals for certain Fighter's Special Tech. Manuals that are used for enhancement, the following items can be exchanged.
- Ken-oh's Secret Tech. Manual of the Century's End
- Ryuga's Secret Tech. Manual of the Bloodthirsty Wolf
Secret Tech. Manuals are items that upgrade a Fighter's Secret Technique. Upgrade it from Enhance tab in Equipment.

Hokuto Iron Palm Blast
A Hokuto Shinken Secret Technique that uses a focused blast of Chi to destroy anything in its path. Deals damage in a straight line. Increases own Attack and Defense Power by 20% for 2 turns. Inflicts extra damage worth 200% of own Defense Power.

(Upgraded) Hokuto Iron Palm Blast(When Skill Level is at 1)
A Hokuto Shinken Secret Technique that uses a focused blast of Chi to destroy anything in its path. Deals damage in a straight line. Increases own Attack and Defense Power by 25% for 2 turns. Inflicts extra damage worth 200% of own Defense Power. Recovers HP equal to 40% of inflicted damage (Not including the extra damage).

Lone Wolf Frozen Fang Fist
After making numerous attacks enveloped in frost, the celestial wolf rushes forth and pierces the target. Deals damage in a straight line. 50% chance to inflict Freeze (Immobilizes and reduces Damage Reduction by 20% for 1 turn. Negates Guard) on enemies hit.

(Upgraded) Lone Wolf Frozen Fang Fist (When Skill Level is at 1)
After making numerous attacks enveloped in frost, the celestial wolf rushes forth and pierces the target. Deals damage in a straight line. 60% chance to inflict Freeze (Immobilizes and reduces Damage Reduction by 20% for 1 turn. Negates Guard) on enemies hit. Increases Damage by 60% and increases the chance of inflicting Freeze to 90% when fighting alone.
*The current in-game description for Ryuga's Upgraded Secret Technique, (Upgraded) Lone Wolf Frozen Fang Fist, is incorrect. It will be updated to the description listed above during the next maintenance.
*No change has been made to the effect of the skill.
Exchange Secret Tech. Manual Exchange Medals for certain Fighter's Secret Tech. Manuals. The medals have certain chances to be dropped from Special Enhancement Treasure Chests that are for sale during the Event.

Furthermore, they always drop a bonus (All) Fighter Shard.
